Collecting
model trains includes everything from the steamers with or without tender,
up to single waggons, like passenger cars, goods waggons, luggage cars, observation
cars, beer cars, diners, tank lorry and much more.
Stations, gates, signals, direction indicators, figurines, like conductor,
newspaper man, signal man and so on are decorative supplements of the collection.
Famous manufacturers are Märklin, Bing, Karl Bub, Kibri, Doll, Zeuke and
others.

railway is a russian copy of the trains of the american company
Lionel. It is of excellent quality. The Sovjet Union tried to keep
up with the west with model trains, too. The trains where given
only to high officials and members of the government of the Sovjet
Union and of the companion states.
